Step 1: Inquiry & free consultation
- You reach out via my Contact Form , email or Instagram.
- We discuss your needs, budget, and goals to determine the right service for you.
For Editing Services:
I offer a 1500 words sample edit so you can see my approach before committing. Request a sample edit here.
For PA Services:
I create a custom plan tailored to your budget and goals to make sure you only pay for what you need.
Step 2: Booking & contract
- Once we finalize the details, I’ll send you a contract that outlines:
- Scope of work
- Timelines & deadlines
- Payment terms & revisions policy
- You review, sign, and return the contract.
Step 3: Payment & secure booking
Payment methods I accept:
– Paypal: I send you the invoice per email, you can there see my business infos, find a copy of the signed contract, and details about your order.
Payment structure:
- A 20% upfront with the remaining due upon completion.
- I offer payment installments, so we can discuss that too.
Invoice & Confirmation:
- Once payment is received, I’ll send an official invoice & confirmation email.
Step 4: Work in progress
- I start working on your project based on the agreed timeline.
- I will send you regular updates:
For Editing:
-You’ll receive a track-changes document with comments & suggestions. (Reedsy/Google Docs)
For Formatting:
-You’ll receive sample pages for approval before I finalize everything.
For PA Services:
-Whether it’s social media, ARC team management, or content creation, I keep you in the loop and provide progress reports.
Timeline & Delivery:
- You’ll know exactly when to expect each update based on our contract.
- If you are in rush, I offer fast-track option (if my schedule allows it).
Step 5: Revisions & final delivery
Editing:
- Once I send the first round of edits, you review them at your own pace.
- If you have any questions or need help with your manuscript, feel free to reach out. I’m here with you every step of the way until your book is published
Formatting:
- You receive final print-ready files (KDP, IngramSpark, EPUB, etc.).
PA & Branding Services:
- Once the agreed services are completed, I deliver all final materials and reports.
Step 6: Ongoing support & future Work
- I offer long-term support for returning clients, whether you need future edits or help with promotions.
- I also provide exclusive discounts for repeat clients on PA services and additional edits.
